Meditation

There is no way you are going to get me to sit for any amount of time trying to empty my brain of everything! Ha! I get it. We do not live in a monk’s world. This being said - it is more important now than ever before that we find ways of dealing with stress. Meditation can be a really great tool and there are so many ways to do it. Full disclosure - I have not been able to turn it all off either. Part of this practice is also developing a better way of letting go - of finding a place where we can center, unwind and breathe and be ok with it - whatever it is. Meditation is a path to compassion. Meditation is a path to acceptance. But the best of all is that meditation is a path to mindfulness and a better connection - to everything! HMU for a consultation on curating a meditation path just for you.
