Qigong

What is Qigong? “Qi” means energy. It can also be called unconditional love, universal  life force, or prana. “Gong” means “the work of.” In essence, qigong is an ancient Chinese practice of harnessing or moving the power of Qi in the body and the universe. When we practice qigong, we are working with the universal life force, by using breath and movement and our powers of intention. Qi has intelligence, which we can learn to harness and work with to create better energy flow - for ourselves and the world around us - everywhere. Qigong is a practice of the heart, where we look inward and connect with ourselves on a micro-level. With consistent practice, we can learn to tap into the best parts of ourselves and keep ourselves happy, balanced and healthy. Master Chunyi Lin’s vision is “a healer in every home and a world without pain or suffering.” We share his vision and hope you will join us in making our community a better place by cultivating and spreading the love :)

Offerings

Qigong Healing & Massage

Come join Christina for a transformative healing facilitation treatment. The healing facilitation begins and ends with a Qigong energy healing session where she scans your body for energy imbalances, and does a few things to help balance your energy flow. During the massage treatment, Christina uses a combination of deep tissue/therapeutic massage, modern cupping, passive stretching, hot stones, hot towels, and sound therapy. This experience is meant to be extremely relaxing, bringing you to a place where you can heal and rejuvenate. This treatment can also be done fully clothed in loose and flexible clothing. You are encouraged to drink plenty of water before and after visiting. Try not to make any plans for the rest of the day that do not involve “me time” and relaxation.

Ocean

Qigong & Meditation Session

Come join Christina for a powerful one-on-one session to clear blocked energy, attain more balance and promote better healing. This is a workout for the subtle energetic body! Join in the practice of Qigong and sit with many methods of meditation. This is perfect for those wanting to learn how to slow down and bring more mindfulness to their lives. This is offered F2F or easily online. from the comfort of your own home or office. Please wear comfortable clothing and come clean and hydrated. No experience necessary.
