What I Do

I use my powers as an intuitive healer to facilitate profound healing using Qigong, breath techniques, massage, yoga, meditation, chanting and sound therapy.

I teach others about self-love and the value of creating self-empowered healing rituals and practices.

I facilitate silent meditation walks in the spirit of Tich Nhat Hanh.

 

I facilitate Expansion Tours to wonderful places where we can relax and rejuvenate and spread the practice of self-love and healing for the planet.

 

I facilitate Expansion Workshops where we can experience the value of self-love and self-empowered healing rituals and practices.

Why I Do It

For self-empowered healing for everyone everywhere! Did you know that 70% of all diseases in the world are preventable? What if we all knew more about how to keep ourselves out of the doctors' offices? Out of the hospitals? What if we all knew  more about how to prevent these preventable diseases? We could make a difference as to the resources available to treat and learn more about the 30% of the world’s diseases that are not preventable. Think about it — if you keep yourself well, you help the community stay well too! Join me in my endeavor to keep myself and my community well!

A Little More About Me

I have been dedicated to personal growth and wellness for over 20 years. I use my powers as an intuitive healer to facilitate profound healing using Qigong, breath techniques, massage, meditation, yoga and sound therapy. I teach others about self-love and the value of creating self-empowered healing rituals and practices. I prescribe meditation and cacao and believe in our innate wisdom to heal ourselves. 

 

My grand intention and vision is to grow healthier communities with self-care. 

 

I will be certified as a Breath Coach in fall 2023 — stay tuned for some exciting new workshops featuring the power of the breath in facilitating more peace with less anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, thyroid issues, joint and muscle pain, and other chronic illnesses.
