About the Event
This is a personal journey of connection to intuition and our self-image, empowering us with courage, self-esteem, self-worth, perseverance, contentment, joy, and enthusiasm. This experience is meant to boost our self-image and infuse us with a sense of empowerment and self-confidence. Our experience includes: Qi activation, breath exploration, Sanskrit mantra japa, gua sha and the SAF attitude, guided meditation & sound.
